BARCLAY: In loving memory of David Barclay, for 30 years Governor of Malone Reformatory, and later of Balmoral Industrial School, born 29th Jan. 1835, died 9th Jan. 1900.
Also of his wife Annie, died 2nd Oct. 1878.
Their sons, David born 4th April, 1859, died 10th March 1886
Robert Morton born 20th May 1867 died 1st Oct. 1890

** We know for sure that David Barclay was the father of Liverpool F.C.’s first hon. secretary, William Barclay (W.E. Barclay).
